CRITERIA FOR RESIDENCY IN THE HOMES, INC.
As amended and approved by the Board of Directors May 17, 2010
1.
Applicant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
2.
Applicant must have at least twelve (12) months’ rental history.
3.
Applicant must be employed for twelve (6) months consecutively to qualify to live in
The Homes, Inc and provide proof of income.
4.
For proof of income:
a.
If you are an employee of a company, you must provide copies of your four (4) most
recent paycheck stubs OR the last one (1), only if it contains a year-to-date figure.
b.
If you are self-employed, you must provide the last two (2) years’ tax returns, plus a
profit and loss statement for the current year.
5.
Applicant’s credit history will be obtained and considered as part of the criteria.
6.
The Homes, Inc. requires a copy of any applicant’s or co-applicant’s current driver’s
license or picture identification and social security card.
7.
Applicant has read and understands the following requirement: The Department of 

Housing and Urban Development dictates the number of people allowed to live in each unit is as follows:
Number of Bedrooms


Maximum Persons in Household
Federal Law to abide by these rules mandates us.
