Yes.  There is a separate locked Boat and Trailer Lot located in one of the common areas.  The fee is $30 per month.  Only boats, flatbed utility trailers, or boat trailers may be parked in the Boat and Trailer Lot.  The vehicles must be properly licensed and may not be "eyesores".
