Whatever features are "the basic structure" of your residence.  Plumbing, replacement of original wiring, siding, some window repair, furnace, water heater, foundation, gutters and roof are some examples of what your maintenance fee covers.  If you have a dripping faucet or your furnace will not come on, call the office and place a maintenance work order.  Our maintenance staff also rotates in being "on-call" evenings and weekends, for emergencies.  For a complete list, see "Co-op Services" to print or read.
