If you finance the cost of your home, you will have a monthly loan payment to the on-site credit union (See Financing) and a monthly maintenance fee to The Homes, Inc.  You will also be responsible for payment of your utilities.

The maintenance fee covers the cost of repairs and improvements to all residences in The Homes, such as replacement of siding, roofs, hot water heaters, damage to toilets and sinks, among other services.  The monthly maintenance fee is currently $155 for a 1-bedroom home; $160 for a 2-bedroom home; and $165 for a 3-bedroom home.
