Come to the office during office hours, or call for an appointment.  Our office number is (913) 321-2471, located at 660 Manorcrest Drive, Kansas City KS.  We have a list of stock shares available for you.  Unless the homeowner wants to show the unit by appointment, a staff member can show you what residences are available for purchase. 

We have a list of purchases prices, provided by the selling stockholder.  Any negotiations on price should be with the stockholder directly.  Once you have decided on a unit, you will need to fill out an application for residency.  You can print this in advance from this site (see Resident Application).

Each adult who will live here needs to submit a non-refundable application processing fee of $35.00 to cover the costs of reviewing your credit and rental or home ownership history.  We are an equal opportunity housing participant, and review your application based on established Criteria for Tenancy (See Resident Application).  One resident of the dwelling must always be a stockholder.  There is no sub-leasing allowed.

If you are approved, you will need to contact the on-site credit union for financing (See Financing for more details).  Once you have been approved for a loan, we will set up an appointment at the office to sign the final paperwork.  A security deposit equal to 1 month's maintenance will be due at the closing.
