The Homes, Inc. repairs and maintains the "basic structure" of your unit through your monthly maintenance fee.  If a stockholder wants any other services, repairs or upgrades not considered "basic structure" performed by the maintenance staff, this work can be done for a set charge. 

The Homes, Inc. provides many services at no charge - which makes it attractive to live here.  The Manager or Board of Directors may review and grant any request for services not shown, at their discretion.  If you don't see an answer to your question in the lists, contact the Manager and discuss it.
